Hey! Halloween 2010!

A living-dead bride..still pretty cute!

Halloween is one of my favorite days! I've always had a very spooky and happy Halloween as a kid. My dad and I would team up and go door to door on Halloween night with one goal: collect more candy then last year! Sure that might sound like your average Halloween but you don't realize how thought-out and planned my dad and I would go about achieving this sweet goal! We would drive 30 minutes to my grandmas house because her neighborhood had more houses! We'd bring 3 pillowcases;  pillowcase #1 was the pillowcase I held when going door to door. When my bag started to look somewhat full we'd unload it into pillowcase #2 (my dad held onto this one). This was so people giving out candy felt sorry for my lack of candy and gave me bigger handfuls. Pillowcase #3 was for just the potatochip bags because those took up to much space in the candy filled pillowcases. It felt like my dad and I where pirates! At the end of the night I'd dump all the loot from our pillow cases on the floor and organize the treats by most favorite to least favorite. Most favorite was always Reese's peanut butter cups. Least Favorite was pennies.

Now I'm to old for trick-or-treating but there is still: carving pumpkins and baking the seeds, watching semi-scary movies, and having fun with friends! Oh yeah, I love Halloween!
