Wow I have alot of good news to update!!! Today I flew into LA with Chris Houghton. You may have heard Chris is the winner of the Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship! Chris will be accepting his scholarship during the NCS Annual Reuben Awards weekend and I'm his lucky guest! Yay! This Saturday is also Chris's 21st birthday! Wow what a great birthday! Chris is a great cartoonist and is very hard working! NCS really picked a winner!! Congratulations Chris! <3
We'll be spending a week in California then from there I'll finally be returning home to the Outer Banks of North Carolina! But only for a week because June 8th I'll be in East Aurora New York for the summer.
Now comes my second piece of good news! I have a summer art internship at Fisher Price!!!!
I am very eager to work with everyone at Fisher Price and I'm very grateful for this opportunity! This summer is going to be one of a kind!
I'll post pictures of the award show tomorrow!
