This is a drawing of Candy land's Queen Frostine!
I don't think I was ever a huge board game fan as a kid, but then again I had no brothers or sisters to play with! I remember admiring all the illustrations on the Candy Land board! My very favorite was Queen Frostine. I always imagined she would be a cool person to meet.

I loooveed queen frostine! I'm an only child too so I always had to play with my parents (and had temper tantrums when I lost). queen frostine was my favorite part to stare at, along with princess lolly (or whatever..). Your version of her is incredibly adorable!
